I received this email from dreamapply, maybe this could help to those students who are not registere yet at dreamapply and want to know about the application fee to apply for Tartu university master courses and about how to submit that fee.

International candidates applying to English-taught bachelor´s or master´s programmes at the University of Tartu are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of EUR 50. Applicants who have completed the previous study level in Estonia or have Estonian citizenship do not have to pay the fee. There are no additional exemptions from the fee.

An application will only be processed after the fee has been received by the university. Paying the fee will enable to apply for up to two study programmes.

The application fee can be paid via bank transfer, or alternatively, the following online money transfer options can be used: TransferWise, Western Union, PayPal. Please note that the payment service availability varies across countries (e.g. PayPal option is only available for U.S. bank account holders). For details and technical guidance, please contact the service provider directly.

The payment should be made in euros. You are required to cover the transaction charge(s) and make sure the total fee amount is received by the university. Please request information on possible charges for international transfers from the service provider before making the payment. If less than 50 euros is received by the university, your application cannot be processed before the total amount is transferred. Overpayment will not be refunded.

Once you have made the payment, please upload the payment receipt/confirmation to the “documents” section in DreamApply. The payment must be made within the application period. You will be informed when the fee has been received by the university.
